Wierd, could be lots of you were downloading at the same time.

The 3rd supplier to this transit mix should be in tomorrow also, which will improve things i would think over some of the cogent routes. Currently its about 30% direct peering and the rest cogent and 5% level(3) to fix the really bad routes :)

The new supplier will give us tiscali, level(3) , BT and many more routes at a one hop to those networks level.

A trace from dnsstuff.com for example comes in over level3.

We offer a 100.00% SLA
100% doesnt exist. So what compensation can be expected when downtime occurs?

And does the SLA also apply on network speed? Cause speeds to Holland aren't too good, which is weird since the servers are located in London.

well weve had 100% for the last 18 months :)
Admitadly the odd servers had problems but the majority of servers have had 100.00% for the last 18 months.

We offer 1 day credit per hour of downtime. Im going to have to go and check that speed test file because usually people say the speed is great!
