My site (and Telaserv's) was inaccessible for ca. 4 hours and my site logs had one line of gibberish going through them, I haven't seen this before. What does it mean?

Yes we had one server unreachable at above.net NY this morning.. happened to be the one our site was on also...

Our techs are still analysing the problem, but at this point named failing was what caused it..

Anyway, if you email us we can keep you informed.. I'm not sure who you are.. but as our support desk and account logins were active, you could have sent a support request... we answer ALL enquiries of this nature lickety-split..
