We're being overwhelmed with users needing help/instruction with their email. Issues include QmailAdmin glitches, user-created glitches, Webmail issues, etc.

You MUST MUST MUST be experienced with Qmail and QmailAdmin...to the point of being able to troubleshoot possible glitches with the actual program and know how to fix them.

This is a part-time position - possibly 2 hours per day...growing into possible full-time within the next few months.
