If you operate a hosting company that provides firewall management as part of your managed service offering, what does firewall management mean to you?
We've seen some where it means you just provide the software or hardware. Others it means you just make policy changes upon requests.
For others it also means you set up an intrusion detection system (IDS) and proactively make policy and other changes based on careful monitoring and review of the logs and responses to the IDS.
