Hello All.
I've recently found myself having to ditch my 'first' hosting company,of which I was a reseller of their hosting. I have since co-located a Raq3 server (Running Raq4 OS).
I've got about 12 sites that need to be moved over to the new server.
Here's the problem: Once of my sites has over 100 (or so) emails. -- All POP, and another 20 or so Aliases.
How on earth can I automate the process of importing the users/passwords from the current server to the Raq server ? -- or is that even possible?
Here's the specs if it helps:
Old Server ----------------------------------------------------
Linux - Apache/1.3.20 (Unix) PHP/4.0.6
Q-mail
User 'directories' are stored in the virtual directory /home/$username
/home/$username/Maildir/cur
/home/$username/Maildir/new
/home/$username/Maildir/tmp
--- these are the directories they have.
Some of them use SQwebmail to access their accounts, leaving _all_ their email on the servers (which would as well need to be imported).
having folders as well in the /home/$username/Maildir/ :
sqwebmail-config
sqwebmail-curcache.gdbm
sqwebmail-curcnt
sqwebmail-ip
sqwebmail-timestamp
sqwebmail-token
New Server -------------------------------------------
Raq3 (hardware) Raq4 (Software)
Q-Pop
--- Default everything.
Please tell me there's some hope for this, as I do not have a record of any of their email addresses, nor do I want to spend days upon days setting up email accounts for the remaining domains.
Thanks in advance for your input.
