Hi Everyone

Im not sure if something exists like this, but Im looking for software that does the following:

Assign Jobs to Techs
Setup a List of Servers
Server Monitoring



and some other useful stuff that would help me manage my techs. I was thinking of Exchange mailboxes or Kayako, anything else?
