GigabitONE 02-10-2006, 12:28 PM Helm only supported on Windows server and Cpanel is running on Unix server. Servers4me 02-10-2006, 02:53 PM it is possible, but preapered to do alot of work. WinHosting 02-10-2006, 04:20 PM it is possible, but preapered to do alot of work. And first of all remove Linux and install Windows :) fimi 02-10-2006, 06:16 PM And first of all remove Linux and install Windows :) Or you culd use VMWare's solution to have multiple OSs on one machine!(if you have good enough cpu & memory & space) gate2vn 02-11-2006, 04:08 AM Helm is the easiest control panel on Windows I have used. If I am correctly, there is no way to copy account directly from cPanel to Helm. You will need to do it manually: copy the webpages, export/import databases, re-create emails.... bigdeal 02-14-2006, 11:26 AM The installation of helm is very cumbersome.:smash: Sparkyrob_uk 02-15-2006, 04:59 PM Not if you follow the guides. And if that's too much trouble they will even install it on your machine for you, and configure it. Hardly cumbersome ;) WinHosting 02-15-2006, 06:43 PM The installation of helm is very cumbersome.:smash: Just ask WHA team to install it for you. Corey Bryant 02-16-2006, 09:24 AM We have been using it for about two years now and we are very happy with it as well as our customers. I installed it myself and did not find it to be very difficult. Setting up the plans was a bit difficult but once you walk thru the architecture and see where everything goes, it is pretty simple. |
