I overheard someone talking about the "new modssl" supporting multiple hosts on one IP address. True story? I thought it would not be possible because of the protocol - you can't get a HOST: header out of the request until it's decrypted, and you can't decrypt it until you know which certificate to use. But it could be dynamically signing things or using some other method of tracking.... anybody know? I checked out the ChangeLog on mod_ssl.org and didn't notice it.

I could sure stretch my new /27 block :)

I don't think it's possible...... but that would be really nice and cost-effective feature for the guys that pay for each IP they are allocated on a monthly/yearly base;)
