I visited these forums often when I was looking for a reseller plan. I finally decided on Idologic and I couldn't be happier. Heck, I'm so happy that I'm spending my precious time writing a this review about them.

I own a web design firm and I love having the ability to host our client's sites, but being a designer, I am admittedly unknowledgeable about servers and extremely technical stuff. Consequently, I have had to contact the support staff at Idologic numerous times with often inane questions, but they've always been extremely patient and gracious and helpful. No matter what time or day that I submit a ticket, they always respond within an hour or so. Usually, it's just a matter of minutes.

I think I'm inspired to write this review because I've recently had to find hosting for a client and I had a nightmare experience trying to set up an account with another host. They didn't respond to my support tickets for over 24 hours and when they did they were very rude. The prompt and professional support at Idologic has really spoiled me.

It showed me what a gem I have with Idologic, so I thought I'd share the love.

FYI-I have never, don't currently and don't plan to work for Idologic. I'm just an extremely happy client.

I've sent a message to the moderators with a few links to sites I host with Idologic. I'm not sure if my clients would want their sites posted here for all to see - not exactly their target market...

Hopefully, one of the moderators will vouch for me. I really do use Idologic....promise.
