Most important requirement is that we need around 100 IPs
The IPs should be scattered. We will need them from different C Class.

Please do not neglect the requirement of different c class IPs as this is the reason we will buy a new server.

We expect the pricing for IP at $ 1 per month and server costs as per norms of industry.

This is not something we would be able to provide at this time I'm afraid as all IP's we issue are normally sequential or spread over two /24 netblocks

what can you offer in terms of scattering ?
we might consider even if we get these 100 IPs from 20 different c classes

This is not something we could do as we don't use that many differnet Class C's out of one data center and I can't see any RIPE/ARIN jusitifacation of wanting to do that
