Do you gaurantee the bandwidth?
How much transfer do you really allow?
Also, Do you have test file?

Irc is allowed, and its 70 dollars for another 40 gb hd.

Yes its a shared 100 mbps, we have a SLA to gurantee our latency and uptime. Transfer is not monitored. http://205.134.235.101/test.zip for the test file :)

how much for larger HD? IRC allowed? IRC is allowed, but we will require you to go behind our advanced firewall service quoted at 50 dollars extra (Secure IP Block)

does this mean i am allowed to do 10TB/m transfer on this line?

We put about 6-9 on a line.. depends really.. 10TB/m... that does really sound reasonable to me.. Contact me via email and we can get you settled out
