Dubailover.net ... Was mine .. but now it is now someones else ...


The Full Story :

I paid for my hosting in alarb.com and this company was a very bad company ... they are a sub company of alabanza.com , and when u register with them .. they give u a free domain .. that should be in full information of u .. but it wasn't .. i contacted them many times to change the adminstration informations but they didn't .... and after months ... all the web sites that was hosted in alarb.com .. was closed !! yes they did it !! they didn't pay their bills to alabanza.com ... and all the websites are closed until now ... and the domains losted their ways !! my domain was expired in 1/4 ... and released in 30/4 and in 30/4 ..... a company came and taok my domain :( :( and it is with this company and registred in their names for one full year .... :(


Do any one have a suggestion about how to restore my domain name ???! :S

You really don't have much of a chance. You didn't pay for it, can't produce a receipt for it and were never listed as the owner. In essence alarb was letting you use their domain. Now, they may or may not have had in their TOS that it went to you at some point. Regardless, I don't offer you much encouragement. Best chance would be to offer to purchase from the new owner, since he hasn't developed it yet.

... go for a free domain! Spend extra $, buy the domain yourself, for example NameCheap.Com has them for only 8.88$, and then diplomatically decline the "nice offer" :rolleyes:

It's bad that you can't get your domain back.

Unfortunately, Incognito is dead on in what he said. You don't have much of a chance of seeing your domain again. Perhaps explaining your situation to the new owner will help.

i was listed as the owner, but i wasne't listed in the adminstratve information area, and about purchasing it from the new owner, i'v sent many e-mails to him, but no replay!!
