But that does not mean that, for example, 400ms is bad too! On the average, (obviously depending on where you are located and which server you ping) you will notice an average value ranging upto 600ms. Remember, these are 'ms' or 'milliseconds'... one thousandths of a second. rinnando 05-22-2002, 05:40 PM Are you talking about the total or per hop? What I mean is if I have 18 hops with an adverage of 15-60 ping per hop is this good or bad ?
