Hello,
I want a domain in other country (in fact it's in another continent). In that country it's required have a company registered there with a similar name to get a domain there. Do you know any website which talk about that or any company which do that for you?
Do you know if I would need to have a company there or I can register there a company which I have here? I assume it depends of the requirements of each country.
Thanks in advance

It would help if you told us what country you're talking about...
There are companies out there which specialise in global "trademark protection" domain name registrations, and they will usually be able to advise on the exact requirements (and put you in touch with company formation specialists if required - or even form a company for you).
Here are a couple of links - if you do a bit of googling you should find plenty more:

You're not thinking of doing a so-called "reverse domain hijacking (http://dnjournal.com/legal/extreme-makeover.htm)", are you?

yes its free to register .com.sa if you have a biz registered in saudi arabia
43- Is there any fee/charge for registering domain names with SaudiNIC?
Currently there are no fees for registering domain names under any sub-domain under .sa ccTLD. However, you may need to pay for the entity that will host your domain name from DNS point of view.
