What features you need? Kayako and Cerberus are amongst the market leaders but that doesn't necessarily mean they are best for your business. there are many good alternatives depending on what features you need.

Save yourself headaches and go with SupportTrio.

I have been looking for a solution also. I liked kayako because they integrate the live support chat also; however, their lack of customer support is really holding me back. Cerberus has an interface that doesn't look friendly and doesn't have an integrated live chat.
