Hi,
I'm trying to find out how to make a standard cpanel account become a reseller account from the command line. Does anyone know how to do this? Reason I ask is I'm writing a WHM automation script and I can't find anyway to setup a new cpanel account as a reseller account. The cpanel accounting module seems only to let you setup standard cpanel accounts - not WHM accounts. Yet modernbill and WHMautopilot both can setup WHM accounts (resellers). How can you do this from the command line or using the accounting module??? Any help greatly appreciated.
Is there any single file on a cpanel server that record which users are resellers and which are not? Maybe I could just open this file and modify it with a script?
