Ok I back up my sites often. They was going everytime and the biggest back up was 71MB. Then they dropped down to under 20MB!

The only difference I can see is in the dirs for the stats. The new backups dont have a file named cache. Did something change?

Do you maybe have apache logs cronned for deletion every week or month, I know plesk offers this option in the plesk control panel per site setting.

Nothing has changed.

Just some logs, DNS cache and such things are deleted to save space.

You actually do not need them.
