I'm looking for freelancer to code layout designs to CSS/HTML. You must be flexible in coding into strictly CSS and/or tables.

I will pay $25 per coded page. The expected turnaround time for each layout should be less than a week.

Just to clarify, the process will be that I will send you a flattened or .psd layout, then you would be responsible for coding it into CSS and/or HTML. In other words, you will only have to deal with coding, not the design aspect of the website layout.
