You can't compare it because most of the 99 for 400gb bandwidth are using cogent bandwidth, I just did a tracert, they aren't using cogent bandwidth... you're lucky if you can get a server below $250 with 200gb good bandwidth provider... ie MFN, AT&T, CW, Verio etc...
