i have a bunch of domains all similar between them and they all are link to my main website name register on 22-Aug-03, but im missing one who was bought or registered almost a year after my site 21-Apr-04 by this company name navigationcatalyst.com.
i contacted them requesting to purchase the domain name, and it seems to me that some robot wrote me back saying that the domain is not for sale. the thing that i hate about it, is that the have the domain park with links to stuff similar to what i have on my site :angry:
what can be my next move to get the domain?

pray they forget to renew it next year and snap it using backorder services :)

Unless it's worth a lot of money to you it probably isn't worth legal action. I know it's hard (happened to me) but best to forget about it (well at least 99.9% of time) and move on.

Navigationcatalyst is the same people that run new.net. Since they have no domain name business they rely on search/advertising. This is what this is
How long is a piece of string? How deep are your pockets? Ask a lawyer for a quote.

i guess i will just keep an eye on the domain, it will expere in a month from now.
i wonder if they are making more money using similar name to advertise related content which i do provive than what i make(pocket change). they dont event want to sell it to me, although i dont think they were the one who register the name, but some one else who has it parked with them.

believe me, everything happens from experience ;)
personally and people i know has offered many ppl $$$$ - $$$$$ worth of money to domains that owners finally forgot and let them drop and we've snap them for half price over backorder services :D
