Is there such a thing as a hosting company that handles all end-user support for you? One that allows you to set up a reseller account, then you work on sending customers to the site to sign up for service, but THEY interact with the customer, not you.

Any such thing out there?? (not an affiliate program, but a reseller program)

Yes, but it is obviously expensive. You may want to ask all of your prospective hosts and get a few quotes.

I will be starting my own hosting biz soon and plan to have enduser support. For example say i have reseller accounts.Anyone who signs up for a reseller account and everyone in it will be supported. For the reseller its a one stop thing.

I dont think it will be much expensive.A very good outsourced support will be able to handle everyone on the server. There is one imp issue regarding end user support and i am still trying to figure that out.

You might want to ck out bliksemhosting.com they offer enduser support.Send them an email and ask them.

There are a few companies out there, but make sure you pick a reliable one. For instance, varhosting offers it, but they have a very very bad reputation. Another company offers it, ResellerZoom, and they have a decent reputation. Just make sure you know who will be handling your clients.

So far I've found 2 that offer it and *appear* to be decent companies:

1. ResellerZoom - included free (free is good!)
2. CartikaHosting - you gotta pay for it.

Has anyone here used either (or both?) of these companies?

If so, any feedback you can share?

The search feature can do wonders...

reseller zoom offers only email support for endusers not helpdesk support last time i talked to them.

You might want to ck on that to be 100% sure.

If you are on a tight budget, go for ResellerZoom, they offer budget reseller plans with end-user support included free.

Thanks. But is there anyone else that you recommend? The budget isn't *that* tight! :-)

Reseller(s)Panel provides end user support, but offers quite untraditional reseller accounts.
