I`m looking for some suggestions on a banner ads script, preferably free or reasonably cheap. I need one that has an admin area, where I can look at and approve applicants and so forth.

Obviously, it needs an `application form` where visitors can submit their ad url and also a payment through paypal.

There seems to be a lot of these around google, but I would prefer to hear from those who have used them and can recommend one.
