Putting a website up for a friend. He wants to do the design himself (oh boy). I'm attaching the tif file that he sent me. Needs sliced with a table or div between the left light and the right links to put page content in. I took a stab at it but couldn't get the table to work out. I'm doing this for free for him, so looking for a free or cheap offer to get it done.
