Advertising to local buisnesses is something I have been working on for the last couple of days and today I received some good news.

Signed up 3 clients.

1: A website for a private villa

2: My boss wants me to work with him on a new buisness venture, he wants to start exporting commercial vehicles to North Cyprus

3: A company called Castleview Group Services want me to develop 3 websites for them.

One for there tyre buisness
one for there courior business
One for there spares for vehicles buisness.

So the new year is looking up and this is the first day of marketing.

Good news indeed. I tried this once advertising on a local parish magazine and it paid for the ad cost many times over!

I just put together some info packs and sent them to lots of local companies.

These packs included information on my company.

Why we are so great ;)
Why a website would be right for them etc etc etc

Also where I work I deal with with hundreds of diffrent companies so I just started asking them if they would like a site and then gave them a pack.

I especially concetrated on the companies that dont have websites.

Niche marketing has always been effective in my opinion.

Good work! Local markets can be a good place to get new sales.

I hope local advertisement in newspaper/yellow pages etc focusing to your niche market will yield some good result.
