i've used netacore for about a month now. so far i'm happy!. all emails replied/ticket within 1-2 hours. longest one 6 hours.. maybe they were sleeping? :)

Yeah, it seems like it.
I just sent them an e-mail asking them some questions and got a reply so their response is great- but I can only pay in PayPal currently, so it doesn't look like I can choose them.
Anyone know of a host with my requirements or with the ones of Netacore for similar prices no more than $10/month but allowing me to pay by PayPal?

Thanks netacore for that- but I can currently only pay by PayPal and a friend showed me something on your TOS which I gotta check even if I was able to pay with CC.

I guess it's kinda requests/suggestions. I don't mind really what forum it's moved to, which ever will help me the most.
