just got an email from digital hosting/ turnkey resellers saying that they've been taken over by jagwirehosting.

Here's the crap bit: no accounts are transferred over, we have 15 days to either take up jagwirehosting (who have no similar plans and only do colocation or dedicated) or get our accounts deleted after 15 days!

for those of us who paid in advance for the year we're left out in the cold. i'm going to initiate a credit card chargeback on account on fraud. there's no way any legit company can do something like this legally and expect to get away with it!

so... any suggestions? i'd need about 10gb storage, 70gb bandwidth or thereabouts, for as cheap as possible!

That does not make sense, why would jagwirehosting purchase non-dedicated/collocated clients if they don't plan to provide them with service?

Have you already searched the offers forums here? You'll be sure to find some pretty crazy deals on accounts like the one you've posted.

Not the best way to look for a host. Do you have a budget? I would search the offers section and find a few companies you like and do a search for reviews. You shouldn't have any trouble finding a new reliable host.
