Looking for companys that outsource tech support or server administration so I don't have to hire anyone and customers can get help when they need it.

You have a personal opinion on them? I looked though the forum and read both good and bad. Is there support getting slower? I am sure they must be getting customers left and right at those kind of prices but growing pains are painfully slow.

Sales questions are answered pretty slow , but what I've heard that they answer questions very quick and promptly.

These guys just answer e-mails? Are there companys like them that do admin work upon request by clients or server tweaking? And 24 hour monitoring? Bobcares.com has great pricing =)

I just sent in a request for more information a few days ago and it was answered within 36 hours.

I know several people now who are using them and are very pleased... most of their support requests are resolved within 60 minutes!

I consider having them for support aswell....

I have a relationship with Bobcares and they have been nothing short of fantastic. I think the longest ticket turnaround that I've had with them was 5 or 6 hours.
