1. I like all the control I can get. I don't like having to send email to make domain-related changes. I don't like waiting on customer support to find time for my needs. That is why I like the zoneedit free service and direct DNS control. I recently moved a domain from one server to another and it resolved within 60 seconds.

2. I like spreading my name registrations around. I don't like all my names being vulnerable to the same hijack.

3. I like spunky, intelligent women, but let's leave my wife out of this.

I currently have names at 4 registrars. Two have good control panels, one is OK, and one is unacceptable. Only one, registerfly, includes direct registration of new name servers in the name server system. I am talking abouts the creation of new name servers, not the assignment of name servers to a domain.

I will be moving my names from one of my registrars in the near future. So, what registrar, besides registerfly, has a good control panel that allows the creation of personal name servers?

(My unacceptable registrar charges almost $10 a year for forwarding, a feature the other 3 offer for free).

I know that OpenSRS resellers, and any other Enom reseller (or enom itself of course) offer this. Unsure on any others besides these.

All my registrars offer the creation of name servers through customer support but only the one has the action in the control panel.

I will take a closer look at the enon associates. I think I remember that tucows is enon. I will look there. Unfortunately many registrars do not have demo control panels.

No, tucows is OpenSRS... resellers include 000domains.com, weblaunching.net, and thewitt's site (which I can never remember the name of, sorry...), etc.

Enom resellers are registerfly and namecheap (I think someone said they were with enom, not sure). If you search for enom here (or elsewhere) I'm sure yo'd be able to find plenty of resellers' domains listed.

use stargate.com. They have all the features you need.

I think I have a mental block on the spelling of 'ostrich' really (just me being a dumb ass, not your fault). Just not one of those words that I find particularly easy. I've finally mastered 'decision' and 'criticism' and am working my way up to 'ostrich' slowly ;)
