I heard some good comments on gearhost.com, so I came to www.gearhost.com and posted some questions on its sites("Contact us"). It has been one week since I posted my question. And till now I still haven't received any replies from it. I'm afraid if this is the service of gearhost.com I will not be able to work with them happyly.

Well, if any host out there is going to offer online support, the least I'd expect from them is to fulfill their commitment.

I've sent 2 e-mails to GearHost, they have not responded. I've been waiting a total of 8 days.

I guess I'll just take them out of consideration. :rolleyes:

That is not what I consider "support..."

Just to clarify Sales and Support are two different departments. Our response to Sales does not in any way, in any company, justifies the response in Support. Our Sales guys have been extremely busy with the latest advertisements. I apologize in your wait. Please either re-submit your Sales inquiry or simply just call.

If they will not respond to sales emails why should the client call them? just cross them off your list as there are plenty of hosts that offer a good customer service and will reply to your questions.
