I am currently seeking a webdesinger that has a good coding knowledge and may be able to help me on a series of upcoming projects. The first project that I’m going to be doing is a website similar to www.foundfreelance.com. The website is made for Webdesigners to visit and look for peoples request for templates, logos etc. Visitors will be able to submit their requests (i.e. [Template needed] I need a template for xyz.com, my budget is $xxx), once they have submitted, a moderator must confirm it is acceptable to be published on the homepage. Once it has a moderators confirmation it will be displayed on the homepage. The website will need an admin and moderator panel. Admin panel to add moderators and access to the script that is used for users to request, moderator panel to confirm that submitted requests are acceptable to be uploaded onto the homepage.

I'm not too sure what the script is called.

Users that submit a request must provide a link to where they originally requested the template; logo etc. (ie. www.webhostingtalk.com/[link_to_competition].
