Have you checked out CCAvenue? You can get a check from Paypal (http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside) to be deposited into your local bank.

The simplest solution is to use Paypal because there is no initial cost involved. You will need a Paypal Business account which allows to accept payment directly by credit cards. [or normal Paypal]

However you do need an International Credit Card or an International Debit Card to have a verified Paypal account.

Since you do not have a credit card the other option is to use the International Debit Card.

You can get an International Debit Card from most Indian banks by opening a savings / current account. Normally you need 1000 Rs [SBI, Vijaya Bank etc] to 10000 Rs [HDFC, ICICI etc] as minimum quarterly balance for a savings or current account. [If you dont maintain minimum balance you will be charged about Rs 250 per month as account maintenance fee]

As per the recent finance ministry policy all Indian banks have to offer No-Frills Accounts to Indian citizens. The No-Frills account can be opened with very minimum balance [varies from 5 Rupees to 500 Rupees depending on the bank and no extra charges by some banks even if the balance drops to zero.]

No frills mostly means you will not get check books or there will be minimum check withdrawls/deposits per months or minimum at the bank transactions allowed. If you cross the limit there will be additional charges payable per transaction. However you will be allowed unlimited online transaction, ATM usage and debit cards. Some may charge extra for International Debit cards.

I would advice you to first check up on State Bank of India / Vijaya Bank / IDBI etc since their are more reasonable with regard to transaction/others fee than others like ICICI, HDFC, StanChart, CITIBank etc.
