I am planning on setting up a hosting service soon, wiht a plan that gives 250mb disk space, 5gb transfer (additional transfer $1 per gb!), and unlimited pop3, ftp, etc. as well as its own smtp for $19.95/month. Is it worth it?? The servers are very (200kbytes/sec downloads for me on average) fast, too! Would it be worth it at that price to you?

Also, it has:

unlimited mysql databases
unlimited aliases, forwarding, responders, and lists
unlimited subdomains
unlimited php
unlimted aliases/forwarding/responders/lists
unlimited subdomains
unlimited CGI

included in it.

I'm thinking that maybe GoldenTiger is doing market research; that there is no URL to give because all GoldenTiger is doing is seeing if the pricepoint he's selected for hosting he's thinking about offering will be attractive to anyone.

And that's fine. People ask in these forums all the time what they should charge for something. I just think it makes more sense to just say, outright, that that's what one is doing.
