I am sorry i am a newbie and that this is my frist post, but i have been looking around and you guys all seem great. Anyway.

I am looking for people that can help just design a few templates for me, i don't need a full out page inless you want to. I am going to be starting my hosting company(s) and i need a few layouts for a few sites i have like 4 i think. I will give u at least 1 year hosting at the most lifetime. Why i say lifetime is because i kinda want to build a partnership, you help me out with my sites and in return besides hosting i will give you your own Web Design section so that all my customers go to you for all custom grfx. O and on top of all that if you design something pretty nice, i will also try to give you some money.

I need a php programmer for one of my other sites, i can offer pretty much the same offer. Instead of a Design section i will send all customers to you that need custom scripts and i will also send anyone to you that needs installation or customization of there scripts.
