I need someone who can help me with some Windows 2003 issues I am having currently and some future work I need done.

Basically I am running a chat server off of the server and now it was working before but now its not working. Probably something to do with some IIS settings, permissions, etc. Not too sure.

Im looking for someone who is knowledgeable in setting up websites and applications, configuring, security....(basically very knowledgeable with Windows 2k3 STD).
