i'm not sure if i post in correct thread..

i need your advice, here is my story..
i caught a spammer in my server and suspended him, the problem is he has 3 account in my server and he didnt do anything to his other two account, should i suspend all his account ?

I would suspend all of his accounts just so long as you can prove they all belong to him and he used at least 1 for spamming.

Personally I wouldn't, however keep an eye on his other websites. Make sure he doesn't spam them just to piss you off.

Accounts don't spam -- people do.

If you can prove they are all his then suspend them all

If he has 3 accounts, and uses 1 to spam... terminate the rest, because he might make use of the other 2 accounts to spam further.

I wouldn't risk it... it's just not worth the mess.

ok thank you for the advice, he just ordered 1 more account now but havent paid for it yet. I have no idea what his point, he even not complain about his account get terimated.

ok so i wont terminate the rest of his account but i will keep an eye on those accounts as i just installed mailmon into it and hope it helps me out.
