We are a web hosting company looking for a complete technical support outsourcing solution comparable to that of Hyper-Techs.com or BobCares.com.

The technical support service needs to be available 24/7 and answer support tickets within one hour. Technicians must be qualified to handle CPanel/WHM users and resellers.

BobCares is okay, but I'm looking for alternatives too.

Hyper-Techs is not accepting new clients - I have not used them before.
