Appreciate the lead, MyAcen...
Nice templates, but a limited selection. I will check back in the future to see what they come up with. ;)

Hi.
Myacen, nice site you have there. Hosting business and also going into templates arena, good.
Also, nice selection of templates. I have a client who wants to get templates quick [within a few hours], would be sending them your way soon.

Hello Winnie,
They aren't actually ours but, the company that done a few of our website design is looking into selling templates hence templateone.com.
They haven't been open for a long time, but apparently busy is going well for them. I just wan't to pitch in because they offered some great rates for us for a few designs they have done.

Hi.
Myacen, I was only wondering since the domain whois info shows myacen contacts, but like you said you are helping them so that should explain it.
Also, really good templates, sending the link now to my client.
Diederik, I think it's slow since the pages contain the snapshots of the templates, thus it's not basically slow from their end but because the site is meant to be viewed with images.

Hi, no worries.
Ooh, that brings another good question that I myself think on how to approach:
When you register a domain name for them, do they update their billing address? If they don't, do you change it yourself after registering to something else or do you stress on them to change it?
Because if they don't, the domain registrar sends an email to the admin contact to notify them of billing for renewal, and they can just choose the option of auto-renewal, thus chargin the entity that registered the domain [the host] since the current user [the client] didn't update the billing info yet.
I have so far had no problems yet, since they change it, but just wondering if anyone else had any problems to be warned for a rainy day .
