It sounds like a good deal up front...but keep this in mind. They don't answer their phones. They don't answer their emails. There is NO SUPPORT. I got service with them about two weeks ago...and since then they have not answered one of the 12 emails I have sent to support. I wouldn't normally slamm a group, but these guys have the worst service I have ever seen in the business. Please take heed of this warning!

my experience has been totally different. When I sent an email to support, I got an email back within 24 hours, and after the email I got a call to make sure everything went well. That's pretty good service if you ask me.

well...I can send my headers from the emails that I sent that were never returned. How do you explain when you call then pick an option, 10 seconds later it asks you to pick an option again. I am not the only one. Try http://www.webhostingratings.com/plans/iPowerWeb.html then tell me different. I am experiencing it now.

PS it is a good deal...but be wary. There is no ssh connection either which I totally overlooked. :(

Same too...I've very bad experience with IPowerWeb. When I've problems transferring my domain, I've e-mailed them not twice and three times, and yet without a single reply! Mind you, I've waited for three weeks!!! This is what they called "superb support"?? And when I got frustrated and e-mailed them I wish to terminate my service, they replied immediately! So I really don't know what these bunch of cheaters are thinking...
