Our headquarters and facilities are located in Pennslyvania. Our bandwidth is provided by Level 3 and Cogent. Please pardon any missing information from our website as it has not been fully updated with all of the network information.

Support services included are remote hands and eyes, reboot, 1 free OS reinstall per month (excluding Xen). Server monitoring is included.

It is important to note that we have staff in physical proximity to the servers for disaster recovery. Many dedicated server companies have their servers 1500 miles away or further.
