i have registered a few domains through registerfly and both times they have had trouble changing to my nameservers. Eurodns.com, another registrar did not have any trouble.

I really do hate registerfly.

All .be agents that have TUCOWS as their registrar have efficiency problems.
Registerfly is one of them.

Use an efficient registrar, then try register the domain right after the domain expires.

I registered a few at RegisterFly and eurodns and both went well
