Hi,
Does anyone know any domain registrars (either .com or .net) who can handle IPv6 glue? It doesn't matter to me whether it's a manual or automated process of registering the IPv6 nameservers.
Thanks.

Thanks. I can't find any contact number/form for Enom though.
So far, I've knocked out DirectI and GoDaddy. Now contacting Melbourne IT, Netsol, DirectNIC, Dotster and Tucows..

It's a next-generation protocol to replace IPv4 (commonly known as IP). Read about it at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPv6 or google for it. Cheers :)

What is IPv6?A way to give people who still don't understand how to properly manage 32-bit address space 2^96 more possibilies to mess things up.

Scratch netsol from your list. ;)You're right :) Do you have any pointers?
I wouldn't mind registering with a CCTLD if they can provide this.
So far, registrars who don't support this: DirectI, GoDaddy, Melbourne IT, Netsol. Is it that the SRS just doesn't provide for this?

haven't heard of any registrar that supports IPV6 nameserver registering.
maybe you can use ipv4->ipv6 tunneling or something?

None of the major registrars I know support it. Why not use a third party?

None of the major registrars I know support it. Why not use a third party?Apparently Netsol does, according to this page (http://undeadly.org/cgi?action=article&sid=20030702084202). Ep.net is indeed registered through Netsol and has IPv6 glue.
What sort of third party do you mean?
