Everything you need is in the documentation I will provide.

All what you need to do is to write a program to generate an XML document then post it to the xml listener using simple HTTP POST and then parse the response.

I'd prefer if you use parsers that are already written for PHP such as DOM and SAX parsers. You must be proficient in XML and XML parsers to do this work.
