I'm looking into reselling domains but I have limited programming skills. Great with HTML, but that's about as far as it goes.

Does anyone know of the current reselling providers (enom, godaddy, directi, onlinenic, openSRS, dotster, itsyourdomain.com,
any others???) which has the easiest interface to integrate with my own custom header and footer html files?
