vps and managed server: they have big difference about the cost :) you can have small VPS with $20/month, but managed server would start at $200/month. which one do you want to go with?

I am not sure where you can find that low-end server currently. Also, it seems you dont know how to manage a Linux server? In that case, you will need a managed server, that costs much more. I would think again for what you need, and consider the budget as well
