We need a new site design and we are looking to trade our hosting for your site design. Your hosting plan will have 800MB of disk space and 8GB of traffic, plus all the extras.

Just wondering, and i think some others may be wondering the same thing, do you want your new site to be php-nuke based? or a static design with a bunch of .html files?

just a note :

due to security reasons I have banned (phpnuke) it completely from my servers. I ask everyone to go to postnuke.

I would advise any other host to do the same.
