i was wondering if anybody from where can i register a ltd.uk domain.

Please suggest me the cheapest one.

Cheapest place - Nominet - £400 signup fee, £100/year membership and .uk domains are all £5/2years each (all prices quoted exc.VAT@17.5%) :p

Alos remember only a UK Ltd company is entitled to own a .ltd.uk and it must be the same as an unabbreviated for of their registered company name.

Registron.co.uk sell them for £2.75 per year (min 2 years + VAT). But Like othellotech says, you have to be a Limited company with that name.

Make sure you have a read of the pages over at Nominet before you begin down this path.
They aren't the easiest domains to get hold of and their value (as a domain name, not monetory) is not really great.

Your company has to be incorporated in the UK to have a .ltd.uk domain anyway.

I own one, the process is not much more difficult that a normal registration, so long as your requested .ltd.uk matches exactly the name you registered your company under with Companies House.
