Paypal does not allow withdrawals to my country. Anyone knows a reliable service for Paypal exchange?

Yes, which country are you from? This is the first I've heard of PayPal not allowing withdrawls to a certain country... or maybe I just haven't heard enough!

Hmm.... I haven't heard of anyone (until now) encountering of a problem of not being able to withdrawl through paypal... Sure, there's been countries there don't support paypal but all the ones that do, allow for withdrawal.
