* need to be age 18 or older.
* be very open minded

* be willing to work with me directly, as you will be my backup when I am unavailable to work on tasks
* be willing to work on tasks through completion
* be available for a long term commitment
* be professional, yet personable
* must not have any objection to working on a site that deals with artistic nudity (THERE IS NO PORN ON THIS SITE)
* MUST be willing to sign a 1099 (independent contractor) tax form
* ideally located in the United States, or available from 11 AM to 3 AM Eastern
* be available via phone, email and AIM
* may be required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement as well as a Non Compete Agreement.

My client is one of the leading sponsors for modelling and fitness contests held across the world. You will be my backup in case I do not have time to work on routine projects, however, you will still need to work with me to learn my coding style and how I've got things structured for their site.

This is a great job, working for a great group of people. I've done work for these guys for the last four years and have no intention of absolving this partnership.

The work is semi-frequent, and they will be looking to bring this person on within two weeks. This person will immediately have up to 15 hours of work available immediately upon demonstration of proven experience and solidity. This project will pay between $35 - $50 USD an hour and is for the long term.

If you are interested, please contact me via email (any other methods of contact will disqualify you) to douglas [AT] fractured.net. Please submit your resume and include as many references as you can, as well as your age. I absolutely do not want a third party company, I am looking for a single person.

If you cannot follow the directions in this post, do not contact me, you will be disqualified from this position.

You may be asked to furnish proof of age as well as your Soc. Security card (for tax purposes). Please also include samples of projects you have worked on in the last year.

This is a great chance for someone to put a highly professional job on their resume, and this could lead into many other projects for you. My client is a professional modelling and fitness agency, who's contests are frequently judged by people such as Carmen Electra, Carrot Top, Anna Nicole Smith and more. My client has appeared on Jenny Jones, Anna Nicole Smith, E!, ET, Extra as well as several fitness and body building magazines.

Thank you for your time.

Folks, I need to emphasize this yet again...

If you do NOT fit all the criteria that I have outlined, I do not want to hear from you. You cannot study the coding of SMF for 5 minutes or even an hour and expect to know everything or try to pass it off that you do know everything. My coding is a bit more advanced than that. It uses some of the calls of SMF, but for a backend/authorization. If you do NOT have one year of verifiable experience with SMF, do not contact me.

If you send an email, and you do not hear back from me within 24 hours, send another email from a different address. Do not, absolutely do not, contact me via IMs. This will disqualify you.

I'm sorry to be taking a hardline approach on this. Time is a major luxury for me. The IM contacts that I have on this profile are for my day job. THIS particular job is for a different job NOT related to my day job.
