I am just wondering if anyone knows of any good companies, that will allow someone to resell dedicated servers? I know that SkyNetWeb does, but you must rent a server first. Anyone know of anyother companies??

I think first you need to find a company you like (or at least one that has a good reputation), then talk to their sales department about reselling dedicated servers. For high-ticket items like that, my experience is that you can usually strike a custom-tailored deal.

http://www.4webspace.com would be a great place to resell raq's considering their prices.

dialtoneinternet.com has a good reseller program as well.

But I think Chicken is right when you could resell any dedicated server unless you were looking for a specific reseller program.
