Hello everyone,

I registered for reseller account from DNForum's PowerWindows.com sometimes last year. My Reseller ID is:65304. I funded my account with Paypal and I was able to register about 4 domains. And soon after that I have not been able to have access to my account again. As far as I know, I have committed to offence. I have been contacting them for well over 5 months to lodge my complaints but no one has responded.

I got to know about DNForum's PowerWindows.com on this forum. And I beleive DNForum.com, the owner of PowerWindows.com, has some reputation to protect, that is why I patronised them.

I am appealing to good members of this forum and members of DNForum as well who are reading this to help me to appeal to the owner of DNForum to let me know what is wrong with my account. Right now, my hosting company has moved their servers and I have to repoint my domains. I dont know why of all people DNForum has to cease my money (balance) and deny me acess to my domains without giving me any explanation.5 months is gone and no single reply to all my mails!

Someone please help me, what should I do?

It seems to have been bought out by DomainJingles.com. Try contacting the new company's support team.

No dnforum bought the domainjingles registrar last year and I think the plan was/is to rebrand it as powerwindows.com

Have you posted in the dnforum forums?

:( I just checked ...but I got a 'database down for maintenance' error the first time, got the site 2nd time but couldn't sign in... 'invalid username/password'

They seem to be using logic boxes platform. Maybe they are having issues

That is exactly what I have been getting for about 5 months now. And all my enquries to them have never been responded to. Is there any one in this forum with similar experience? I think I am now having confirmation that the site is dead. But how can I get access to the domains I registerd with them. I need to repoint the domains now. All the sites of my clients are down. And they are all on my neck. Does any one know what can be done fast to save me from yhis mess? Please I need your assistance.

DMaven,

What do you mean by your statement? Kindly explain further.

A member both here and in DNF posted there was some kind of security issue he
discovered and notified logicboxes/directi about. It's possible Adam Dicker (DNF /
powerwindows owner) decided not to go any further until: a) logicboxes resolved
the issue, or b) he finds a better solution.

I happen to also be a member at DNF. PM me your details, I'll see if I can get any
of them to respond.

DMaven,

They are using the logixboxes platform which is essentially what every directi reseller uses

I started this thread and I want to thank everyone that contributed to it. I can now access my account with PowerWindow.com. I think the promblem was also partially mine, though none of my mails to PW was responded to before now. I forgot I changed my email address, which is used as user id to log in so I kept on using my old id to log in and got no access. But the guys at PowerWindow has resolved this for me. I am sorry for any emmbarassment I might have caused them through this thread. I thank you all again.

Glad to hear it was resolved. I will also say you are a class act by stating the issue was resolved to your satisfaction and that part of the problem was on your end. Not everyone is mature enough to do that.

Thanks so much Dmaven for your compliments. Someone once said the world will be a better place if everyone learns to say these three things:

' I am sorry'
' I made a mistake'
' I changed my mind'

So true, I am a firm believer in Karma. The ones that do not adhere to the above will catch a bad one in the next lifetime

Hey Dmaven, I have to disagree with you this time around. I dont believe in Karma. Infact I dont know who he is and I dont think it is necessary for any man to believe in a fellow human being. I only know Jesus, the saviour of you and me. The bible says it is appointed for you and me to die once and after that judgement. So, there is no reincanation. There is no 'next lifetime' except heaven prepared by God for those that love Jesus, his only begotten son.

Cheers!

How did this thread end on a religious note?

Since when Stargate became DirectI reseller?

Seriously though, LogicBoxes platform is registrar-independent - it could be used by anyone. Dmaven's favourites at RegisterFly recently implemented it for their new 'automated' transfer processing (as if they were doing all transfers manually before), for example.

To bolu: I dont see powerwindow.com or powerwindows.com working! I want to find reseller programs

Nice day, guys!
